WANT TO TEST BEFORE YOU BUY?

You will need either a KX-T61630 or KX-T7130 Panasonic telephone connected to port 11 of the KX-616 unit.

If you're testing this system in a live environment, note that other telephone extensions will be non operational while programming.

Let's get started.

Do not switch the telephone itself to program mode, we want the switch located behind the front cover on the KX-616 labeled ( set / program ).

While the kx-616 is in program mode, the function of some buttons on the telephone will change, some telephones may have more or less buttons than others but when viewed from left to right, the configuration is usually identical.
